INCREDIBLY ALL-IMPORTANT BAND UPDATE!Well, we’ve been dealing with a lot of band changes. Over the last say, 6 months, we've parted ways with both our bassist, Bill McBreen, and lead guitarist, Pheroze Karai, who both contributed their time and talent to the band over the last year and a half and to the album “Reactor.” I want to wish them both the best in their personal endeavors in the future. When changes like this happen in a band - in such a short span of time - it feels like a monumental shift. Personally, I've been reflecting a lot on the band and what to do moving forward. I've even considered taking a break from music altogether or at least trying a side project. It sometimes feels like too much. AKA it SUCKS sometimes. This project has definitely been a labor of love for the past 5 years. I never imagined that we'd have 2 albums under our belt and a ton of shows at some really prestigious venues. Now, that sounds like the band is over; it isn’t. We are just moving onto lineup #138! It’s both exciting and nerve-wracking. Something I've realized is that if you don't love and have passion for what you’re doing, you're never gonna take it anywhere. And I started to not love this project. I haven’t been happy with it for awhile actually. But I still believe in it and really believe that changes happen for a reason. Oh and also – I don’t want to give up on this fuckin thing. So we’re gonna make it work. All that said, the band is now moving on as a trio - guitar, bass and drums. I haven’t been this excited about the band line up in a LONG time, consisting of our drummer Simon Fishburn and our latest acquisition Mr. Matt Basile on bass, who will both be kicking some major ass at our "rebirth" gig in May at DROM. As always, thanks for your support. You guys always keep us encouraged. Upwards and onwards!
